Outside In is an award winning charity working to create a fairer and more inclusive art world. When we refer to “Outside In” (or “we”, “us” or “our”) we mean Outside In Art Charitable Incorporated Organisation(Registered Charity Number 1171128), which is known as Outside In.
What information we will collect:
Outside In will only collect personal data which is necessary for us to carry out our activities.
What is personal data:
Personal data is information that identifies you (on its own or together with other information); it can include information that you tell us about yourself and what we learn by having you as a supporter.
What we will do with your personal data:
At Outside In we take your privacy seriously and we will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide you with the details of our news, activities, events and exhibitions that you have requested. We will not share your data for marketing purposes.
How we will process your personal data:
Your personal data will be processed securely by members of the Outside In team and authorised staff within our partner organisations. Your data will be stored securely physically and electronically.
How long will we keep your personal data:
Your personal data will only be retained and processed as described above until you tell us you no longer wish to receive this information. When you unsubscribe from our mailing list, your personal data will be securely deleted. However we will need to keep a record of this (which will include some of your personal information) to ensure that you are not added to any mailing lists again in error.

Please note that we may still contact you for other purposes, for example if you continue to be a financial supporter of Outside In.
Accessing your personal data
You can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you and, once we have received your request, we will respond within one month.
