Who we are
Outside In is an award winning charity working to create a fairer and more inclusive art world. When we say “Outside In” (or “we”, “us” or “our”) we mean Outside In Art Charitable Incorporated Organisation(Registered Charity Number 1171128), which is usually known as Outside In.
What information we will collect
Outside In will only collect personal data which is necessary for us to carry out our activities.
What is personal data
Personal data is information that can identify who you are. It can include information that you tell us about yourself, such as your name address, about your art and why you want to be an Outside In artists, and what we learn about you because you are an Outside In artist.
What we will do with your personal data
At Outside In we take your privacy seriously. We will only use your personal information to look after your online gallery, to send you our news and tell you about activities, opportunities, events and exhibitions as you have requested.
Your information will be stored securely, either on paper or electronically, and we will only share your information with people who are working for Outside In.
We do not want to send you information that you do not want to receive. So, if you don’t want to receive our newsletter or hear about anything else that is going on at Outside In, just let us know by. How long will we keep your personal data
Your personal data will be kept so we can contact you as we described above until you tell us you do not want to be an Outside In artist anymore.
If you are also on our newsletter mailing list, you can ask to be removed and we will do this securely. However we will need to keep a note so that we do not put you back on to our mailing list in the future by mistake.
Please note that we may still contact you in the future, for example if you continue to be an Outside In supporter in other ways.
Finding out what information Outside In holds on you
You can ask for a copy of personal data we have you and we will respond before the end of one month from us receiving your request.

Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be made on our website: www.outsidein.org.uk
